Today’s show was a show that focused a lot on sharing advise with upcoming talent as we had a rising star by the name Zamani Mbatha and kabomo Vilikazi. Zamani is known for his role on Isithembiso which he started playing this year after countless travels to Johannesburg from Durban for auditions. He is fresh out of matric and was raised by a single mother he received most of guidance from his mother and sister who is an actress Nomzamo Mbatha . “Never get comfortable until you sign the contract ” this was the best advise he ever got from his sister regarding the acting career because one can never be comfortable even after signing a contract you just have to remain focused on the goal and prayer to guide you through everything.
“Always surround yourself with people you can learn from,” words shared by kabomo to Zamani. These words came after he shared his journey with us of becoming who he is today because he never went to school for all of the things he does from being an editor/director/musician/actor. He shares that he doesn’t know where it all comes from but the minute he discovered those talents he made sure he learns more about that particular craft so that he turns it into a skill. With the number of things he does he lives on 4 hours of sleep and he sees time management and communication as an important step towards getting things done.
